This week on Nearpod, one of our slides was to watch the TED talk of Abraham Verghase. Some things that stood out to me was when he was telling the story of the women who went to many different hospitals and when she got examined a lot of the doctors weren't really doing a thero examine on the women then when she came to him. He had time to kill so he decided to really go into the examine for her. Nothing really connected with me personally but i do think its interesting that the lady really recognized that he was going all in with the examine unlike any other doctor she went to. In the future i will definitely take the time to examine my patient and to make sure they are getting the right care that they deserve.
Some things i have enjoyed was learning the CPR stuff and taping ankles, some things that make me nervous is that since this class is 3 hours it counts for a lot of my GPA and if i get a B i will ruin it. I am very communicational with a team and if the team is struggling i will take the time to stop everything and allow us to figure out the solution for whatever we are doing. I am looking forward to the hands on activities
