While here at CAPS, my favorite kinds of activities that we have done are all the hands on ones. I have enjoyed the process of taping, wrapping, splinting, and its even nice to be able to look at the things of the knee and leg and be able to touch the models and be interactive with them. I also really like the site visits. With COVID going on it was a nice change to actually go to PSP3 and be interactive with him and learn the steps that he had to do to get where he is. I am also super excited for the site visit on friday and I don't even know what we will be doing but i am excited to learn from the experts and to make new connections that would help me in the future. I also think it is so cool that we are able to observe a surgery. That is so surreal to me and i bounce off the walls when i think about how excited i am that we have that opportunity. It just makes it extra special because if i were spending all 7 hours at BVHS i wouldn't be able to do these opportunities that i have been able to do. I know these will put me ahed in college because this is the only CAPS program and i will have already gotten a look at things that other people haven't.
